## Global Base

HomeHeroLocal is a marketplace and does not perform or guarantee Hero services. The Customer selects a Hero, evaluates applicable qualifications, agrees directly with the Hero on scope and price, provides safe property access, and pays the Hero according to their agreement.

Marketplace information, ratings, messages, and estimates can support a decision but do not replace the Customer’s own review. This acknowledgment does not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

## USA-DMV Regional Schedule

Customers in supported Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC markets retain applicable federal, state, district, consumer, privacy, home-improvement, and contractor-related rights. Final regional notices require USA-DMV counsel review.

## Jordan-Amman Regional Schedule

Customers in supported Amman markets retain applicable Jordanian consumer, privacy, contract, and complaint rights. Final regional notices and complaint pathways require Jordanian counsel review.
