## Global Base

The user consents to receive, review, sign, and retain HomeHeroLocal agreements, notices, disclosures, and records electronically. HomeHeroLocal must make the exact accepted version available in a form the user can retain and must publish approved support procedures for updating contact information, requesting available copies, or withdrawing consent where applicable.

Final hardware, software, withdrawal-effect, paper-copy, contact, and record-retention disclosures require counsel approval before production.

## USA-DMV Regional Schedule

Electronic consent for USA-DMV users must satisfy applicable federal, Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC requirements. This draft does not add recurring-payment or automatic-renewal authorization.
