## Global Base

A Hero operates an independent business and is responsible for authority to represent that business, service descriptions, customer communications, direct scope and price agreements, lawful work, property care, and collection of payment directly from the Customer. HomeHeroLocal does not promise leads, jobs, earnings, payment, or damage-free outcomes.

The Hero must maintain licenses, permits, registrations, and insurance required by applicable law where services are offered or performed. HomeHeroLocal may request supporting information later and may restrict marketplace access when required information is not provided. Initial signup certification is not HomeHeroLocal verification and creates no credential badge.

## USA-DMV Regional Schedule

Requirements may differ across Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC and by trade. The Hero is responsible for requirements applicable to each place and service. HomeHeroLocal does not represent that one DMV jurisdiction’s rules satisfy another jurisdiction.

## Jordan-Amman Regional Schedule

The Hero is responsible for Jordanian and Amman requirements applicable to the business, profession, trade, service, permits, registrations, and insurance. HomeHeroLocal does not claim to have verified vocational or professional credentials through the signup certification.
