## Global Base

HomeHeroLocal collects and uses account, profile, marketplace interaction, support, device, and security information to operate, secure, improve, and support the marketplace. Legal acceptance evidence is access controlled and limited to the version, locale, region scope, action, timestamp, and minimized request evidence needed to show what was presented and accepted.

HomeHeroLocal must document actual hosting, subprocessors, retention, deletion, and cross-border practices before production. Exact addresses, private messages, payment secrets, and credential documents are not stored as legal-acceptance evidence.

## USA-DMV Regional Schedule

USA-DMV privacy disclosures must reflect the laws actually applicable in Virginia, Maryland, Washington, DC, and at the federal level. Final access, correction, deletion, retention, complaint, and service-provider language requires privacy and USA-DMV counsel review.

## Jordan-Amman Regional Schedule

Jordan-Amman disclosures must address applicable personal-data rights, consent, access, correction, deletion, objection, complaints, retention, processors, hosting, and cross-border transfers under Jordanian law. Actual practices must be documented and approved by Jordanian counsel and privacy reviewers before production.
