HomeHeroLocal provides a marketplace where Customers can find and communicate with independent Heroes. HomeHeroLocal does not perform Hero services, guarantee a job, guarantee payment, or become a party to the direct service agreement between a Customer and a Hero.

Customers and Heroes remain responsible for their own decisions, communications, lawful conduct, and direct agreements. Applicable non-waivable consumer and other legal rights remain preserved. This product draft must be replaced or approved through the documented legal-review process before production.

This schedule applies to supported launch markets in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. Applicable state, district, federal, consumer, contractor, privacy, and electronic-contract rights remain preserved. The final governing-law and conflict language requires USA-DMV counsel approval.

This schedule applies to supported Amman launch markets. Applicable Jordanian consumer, privacy, marketplace, contractor, and electronic-transaction rights remain preserved. The final governing-law and conflict language requires Jordanian counsel approval.
